- Can I make a reservation on the day of the party?

- Yes, provided there is space, you can make an online reservation up to 2 hours before the event.

- Do I need a reservation? Can I attend the party without?

- Only those with complete reservations can attend, this is for balance reasons. If you show up without a reservation, you may be allowed in if the balance permits it, but likewise, you may be turned away.

- What do I need to bring?

- Some official ID (Japanese government issued ID preferably), a pen, your attendance fee (exact if possible). A bottle of water is also recommended, as you'll be doing a lot of talking.

- Can I go by myself/with a friend?

- Of course. Most of our guests come alone, but some want to bring friends too, which is fine, so long as they're reserved also.

- What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

- No dress code. We recommend making some effort and looking reasonably smart, as the ladies prefer this.

- How long do the events last?

- The events last around an hour and a half. And should finish at or soon after 23:00 (if starting at 21:30).

- How many people attend?

- It varies week by week, and venue by venue, but generally between 25 and 45 people in total.

- Are there more women or men?

- We want to have a close balance, but always err on the side of having more women. As a result, our average male:female ratio is around 4:5.

- What kind of people come?

- A variety of people. Different men and women come every week. All of our men and women should be looking for a serious relationship. All of the men are non-Japanese, and all of the women are Japanese.

- What are the ages?

-
Again, it varies greatly. Our guideline ages are 23-43, and everyone must be at least 20. The majority of men and women are in there late 20s or 30s, but we have plenty of people both younger and older.

- Are there food and drinks available?

- No. We don't allow food. Plastic-bottled non-alcoholic drinks are permitted, but are not available for purchase at the party venue, unless stated otherwise.

- What should I do after the party, if I become a couple with someone?

- You leave the party together, following which you can do whatever you both want!

- How do I pay the fee?

-
Any fees are paid at reception prior to entering the venue.

- When should I arrive?

-
Please don't come too early, as we are always running separate events beforehand. The best time to arrive is probably about 21:15 or 21:20 for a 21:30 party. Conversely though, please do not be late, as you are likely to miss out on speaking to some of the women if you are.

- What if I want to cancel?

- You can cancel your reservation for free up to 72 hours in advance (21:30 on Tuesday night for a 21:30 Friday night party). If you cancel within that time, or don't turn up, you will incur a 3000yen fee.

- Are there any additional costs?

- No. There is only the party fee, and cancellation fees. If applicable, these are paid at reception. If you forget a pen, we sell them for 50yen. That's it.

- Do you have anywhere to park?

- Unfortunately not. You have to find somewhere yourself.

- What if I get lost?

- Unfortunately our English speaking staff are running parties and cannot answer the phone to give directions. If you speak Japanese, you can call the Exeo Japan call centre (050-5531-9451), who can give directions (in Japanese only). If you haven't been to the venue before, please research how to get there before leaving.

- Can I attend if I was previously married?

- So long as you are no longer legally married, yes. You should be honest about this with the women though.

- Can I attend if I have children?

- If you are not legally married, yes. You should be honest about this with the women though.
